In order to densify the Euromédecine district in Montpellier, the use of Orange telecom's parcel had to be rethought for housing. Since the parcel is actually private, it had to stay as it is while introducing a new use for its immense parking lot. Access to the parcel would be allowed for Orange's employees and the housing project's residents.

 

Exercise instructions: Throughout the semester, we have made research about the "Plan Guide" inspired by Alexandre Chemetoff's book, references on Intermediary housing and the Ideal accommodation. Work in groups.

The goal of the semester was to attain a 2/1 density ratio in Euromédecine's district. It would be reached by creating intermediary housing. We were in charge of Orange telecom's parcel.
